My man, how are things?

It's been a while since I've connected with you here.

Any thoughts on the new Stereolab? Just got it so I haven't given it a full listen to it yet.

Any shows on the horizon?

peace, rubens

Hey there,
Haven't heard it yet but the Onion says it's pretty good. Lot's of shorter songs (I still like the long droney ones). Things are okay. Grinding out the summer, not as bad as the people in the photo but I'm close. A show in Milan coming up. Other stuff includes looking in to Tai Chi, domesticating, x-acto knife cuts, eating my vegetables and planning my escape from NY.

How's things in prep for school? Remember to look up my friend/teacher there Stephanie Snider.

Cool, good reminder on Stephanie. Things've been busy but good, really stoked to start the program. I just finished working at the coffeehouse I was at this monday so now I'm just waiting and chilling with the fam.
On Stereolab news, the record is great but it's again their same steez with a bit of a Motownish feel to a few of the songs. Gali loves "Neon Beanbag" and constantly, CONSTANTLY asks us to play in the car. Pretty happy record perhaps a bit more than their latests.
Milan sounds good huh?!!Dope!
Is the NYC escape permanent or just a breath of fresh air (almost wrote a fresh of breath air).

peace, chill with us if the escape is a northern one...
